The Northern Cricket League enters into another critical weekend of action, as the top teams in Division One and Two continue to battle for league supremacy.
DIVISION ONE:
At Stanley Park Blackpool host Lancaster, with the hosts buoyed by their comeback win at Kendal. Lancaster on the other hand have had a mixed season but will be looking to test themselves against the current League Title holders.
Current League Leaders Morecambe entertain Kendal at Woodhill Lane. Morecambe on the crest of a wave at the moment, hitting some fine form as they remain out in front at the top. Kendal on the other hand have struggled although they did show what they are capable of against Blackpool before running out of steam.
Darwen will be keen to get back on a winning note after being bowled out cheaply at Fleetwood , however they face a Leyland side that have been in a good run of form of late.
The other games see Bottom side Preston face the unenviable task of playing inform Fleetwood at West Cliff. David King looking to rack up more runs.
Netherfield face Barrow with both sides desperate to get some form as they aim to climb up the league ladder.
Chorley have forfeited their game at Penrith, Penrith are awarded 15 points.
DIVISION TWO:
League leaders Netherfield will be looking to capitalise on St Annes free weekend when they travel to struggling Barrow. Barrow are looking to shock the leaders.
In the other games, Kendal host Morecambe, Leyland entertain Darwen, Fleetwood host Preston, whilst Lancaster have inform Blackpool as their visitors

On Sunday it is the Readers Cup Semi Final as Leyland entertain Lancaster, the winners go onto face Darwen in the final
