Sunday 10th May

Penrith Panthers vs Barrow Bulldogs: (Barrow Bulldogs win by 52 runs)

Toby Mowat posted a century as he hit a top scoring knock of 101 off 60 balls, as Barrow saw off Penrith by 52 runs at Tynefield Park.

The bulldogs batting first closed on 191-2, Mowats 101 including 5 fours and 9 sixes, was supported by Tharanga Paranavitanas unbeaten 56 off just 31 balls, where the Sri Lankan hit 6 sixes.

Dean Williams posting a steady 26 off 26 balls.

Penrith's reply saw them all out for 139 in 18.5 overs, Gary Hunter returning figures of 5-29, Liam Trevaskis offering the most resistance with 45 off 37 balls.

Penrith Panthers v Kendal Cavaliers: (Kendal Cavaliers win by 36 runs)

In the second game The Kendal Cavaliers eased past Penrith by 36 runs, Penrith losing their second consecutive game of the afternoon.

Kendal batting first closed on 128-5 off 20, South African Professional Eldred Hawkens posting an unbeaten 55. Ryan Shepherd also contributing with 22 whilst Paul Dodds opened with 21.

In reply Penrith closed on 92-9,Chris Miller returning figures of 5-21.

Sunday 17th May:

Barrow Bulldogs v Penrith Panthers: (Barrow Bulldogs win by 8 wickets)

The Barrow Bulldogs saw off The Penrith Panthers by 8 wickets in the first T20 double header at Ernest Pass.

Penrith restricted to 108-2 off 20 overs, Nicky Burns unbeaten on 58 off 58 balls.The knock including 3 fours and 1 six.

Barrow's reply seeing them home in 14 overs, closing on 109-2, Toby Mowat unbeaten on 52 off 44 balls, hitting 4 fours in the process.

Barrow Bulldogs v Netherfield Nitros: (Netherfield Nitros win by 8 wickets)

The Netherfield Nitros began the defence of their T20 crown with an 8 wicket win over Barrow in the second game of the afternoon.

Barrow restricted to 111-6 off 20 overs, Brad Earl returning figures of 3-27. Netherfied knocking the runs off in 16.2 overs, closing on 116-2.

Richard Potter with 38 off 38 balls and Brad Earl with 37 off 37 balls. Dieter Klein finishing it off with an unbeaten 20 off 20, with Marc Brown closing on an unbeaten 15 off 10 balls.

Thursday 14th May:

>Blackpool v Fleetwood: (Blackpool win by 37 runs)

Blackpool saw off Fleetwood by 37 runs at Stanley Park. Blackpool closing on 128-5 off 20 overs. Richard Gleeson unbeaten on 28 off 39 balls. Joe Bell returning figures of 3-30.

In reply Fleetwood restricted to 91-8 off 20 overs, Stephen Twist taking 5-17.

David King making 22 for the visitors.

Tuesday 19th May:

Blackpool v St Annes: (Blackpool win by 87 runs)

Christi Viljeon posted a top score of 88 off just 49 balls as Blackpool defeat St Annes by 87 runs. Viljeons stunning knock included 12 fours and 1 six. Richard Gleeson opening the innings with 26 off 21 balls.

St Annes all out for 83 in 17.2 overs, Stephen Mercer and Josh Boyne taking 2 wickets each. Christi Viljeon, Andy Furniss, Stephen Twist and Matthew Houston taking 1.
