The Northern League Umpires Federation AGM The Umpires pre-season meeting is at Blackpool CC on Saturday 5th April 2014 at 2pm. The Northern League Umpires Federation would like to invite all Club Captains or Rep to attend this meeting. Could all clubs confirm their attendance with Chris Coxhead.
