The game of the weekend sees Fleetwood entertain St Annes at Broadwater. Both teams have been playing well, Fleetwood have really hit a good run of form after a slow start to the season.
St Annes have improved on last seasons efforts and find themselves with an outside chance of winning the league.
In the other games, Barrow are still at the top on 131 points, as they look to build on their win at Kendal with a home game against an out of form Morecambe team.
Leyland will be looking to close the gap on Barrow when they host Chorley at Fox Lane.
Newly crowned Twenty-20 winners Netherfield host Lancaster at Parkside Road, with Colin Ackermann in good form after his century in the Twenty-20 last Sunday.
Lancaster's Jannisar Kahn is also in action after recently joining Lancaster as Professional.
Kendal travel to play Preston with South African Pieter Malan deputising as sub Professional for the game.
Blackpool entertain Darwen at Stanley Park with both sides looking to improve their league form.
On Sunday it is a repeat of last seasons Readers Cup Final as defending cup holders Kendal play Fleetwood at Shap Road. Michael Price deputising as Kendal's Professional.
DIVISION TWO
The Northern League Second Division is very tight as up to five teams are battling it out for the league.
Barrow's 2nds currently lead the way at the top, as they travel to play 4th placed Morecambe.
St Annes who are only 5 points behind Barrow in second place, host Fleetwood,defending Division Two holders Leyland travel to Chorley,while Darwen entertain Blackpool.At the bottom end of the league 2nd from bottom Lancaster host 3rd from bottom Netherfield, whilst bottom of the league Preston travel to Kendal.
