Fleetwood CC receive National Lottery Grant
Fleetwood CC are pleased to announce they have received a grant from the National Lottery for £49250
This is to fund a project to lay new drains and level and re-seed the existing outfield
The total cost of the project is £65000, £49250 from Lottery, £7500 from Russell Haldane Trust and the rest to be raised by the club
As most clubs in the league are aware we have had issues with our drains for a number of years and the outfield over the last few years has started to become dangerous when fielding so this is a long term commitment by the club to ensure cricket is played at Fleetwood for the foreseeable future
We thank the league for the cooperation in anticipating the grant in allowing 1st team fixtures to be played before the start date and with their help will ensure all other games re-arranged
