Darwen complete pro deal

Darwen Cricket Club have moved swiftly in finding a replacement for West Indian Jonothan Carter after announcing the signing of South African all rounder Alan Kruger.
Alan is a big hitting batsman and fast bowler who has been a long time regular for South African side Griqualand West, where he first represented them in the Year 2000.
Most his heroics have come in the provincial tournaments, highlighting his batting ability with a blistering 158 after a top order collapse on 2004-2005.
One of his best tournaments was the 2005-06 provincial three day challenge where he was among the leading wicket takers besides blasting 488 runs.
