Weekend Preview for 12th and 13th May

Another weekend of Northern League action, with some of the sides also competing in cup competitions on the Sunday.
In Division 1, league leaders Fleetwood travel to play 2nd placed Barrow in the game of the day.
Both sides have started their season's well picking up good results against good teams.
Fleetwood have been an instant hit, after their league struggles over the past few years, whilst Barrow have been also impressive, as they have been playing with sub professionals, whilst they aim to sort their professional situation out.
In the other fixtures, in form Netherfield host Lancaster, at Parkside Road. Netherfield have been in impressive form, in recent weeks, whilst Lancaster have struggled, but with the arrival of their new professional, Timycen Maruma, they will be looking to turn their early season form around.
Lancaster will also be in league action on Sunday when they host The Lancashire Colts at Lune Road
Leyland host Canforth at Fox Lane, with Morecambe home to Darwen at Woodhill Lane, whilst defending champions St Annes will be looking to get back on track with an away test at Preston.
Blackpool travel to play Chorley in the last of the Saturday fixtures, with Kendal having the weekend off
On Sunday theirs various cup competitions wiith Northern League involvement:
Netherfield travel to play Prestwich in The Lancashire Cup, with Blackpool also in Lancashire Cup action with a home game against Denton West.
In the otber Lancashire Cup ties, Leyland travel to Whalley CC, whilst St Annes host Swinton Moorside CC from Salford.
The National Knockout competition also takes place with Darwen hosting Fulwood and Broughton, and Chorley hosting Clifton,
