St Annes batsman Atiq Uz-Zaman has hit a double hundred playing club cricket in New Zealand for Wellington based Johnsonville CC.
Atiq, who passed one thousand runs for St Annes in 2008 hit 226, a new club record in the grade game against Petone.

Blackpool CC's Luis Reece has been playing grade cricket in Brisbane and new Carnforth captain Darren 'Skippy' Moore is reported to have been playing in Victoria.
Meanwhile Blackpool CC's Steven Croft, who was Lancashire's Player of the Year in 2008, is playing first-class cricket for Auckland.
