Furness Building Society Northern Premier League champions Netherfield have a bye in the first round and will host the winners of Blackpool's home tie against Bolton Association side Little Hulton.
There's an all Northern League clash as St Annes are at home to Kendal. This is a repeat of last season's tie which was won by Kendal. The winners of that tie are away to Winton or Cheetham Hill.
Morecambe travel to Bury with the prospect of a second round trip to Crompton or Egerton.
Ties for the first round must be completed by Sunday 17 May.
