Barrow 2nd XI: R Mowat; R Adams; G Reynolds; J Nicholson; D Myles; G Kermode; A Cartmell; N Lauderdale; M Studt; P Riley; L Walker.
Barrow skipper Daryl Wearing comments: This weekend, we play our first home games of the season. On Saturday we follow up our excellent result against Netherfield, with a visit from Preston. Everyone is obviously on a high from the result last weekend, but it is only one game, so we should be thinking about keeping our feet firmly on the ground and take each game as it comes. Preston finished fifth last season and we know they will be no pushovers.
On Sunday we entertain Cockermouth in the Cumbria County Cup. They won the league a couple of years ago so we will not have to get complacent. The 2nd team got off to a bad start last week, but the guys have been working hard at nets this week, so hopefully they will be able to get some points on the board this week.
For Preston: Joe Davies is available and comes in to replace Omar Malik and Charlie Williams replaces Mike Beevor behind the stumps.
Preston CC have confirmed their LCB knockout 1st round fixture with Unsworth CC on Sunday 11th May start time 1300hrs
BLACKPOOL v LEYLAND
Blackpool 1st XI have named 12 players for this coming weekend, the same XI as last weekend plus Michael Moore. Michael is under-going physiotherapy treatment in an attempt to ensure his fitness, and a decision as to whether he participates will be left as late as possible.
The knock-on effect is that the 2nd XI have also named twelve.

DARWEN v NETHERFIELD
Darwen Cricket Club. Team News Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 April
Darwen face two tough home fixtures this weekend. On Saturday they will entertain Netherfield in the Northern League with just one change to the team that lost to St Annne's last weekend with Gary Jackson replacing his son Nathan in the team. Mark Emery is still unavailable due to work commitments.
Whilst on Sunday they host Colwyn Bay in the first round of the Lancashire Cup starting at 2.00pm. Nathan Jackson and Graham Ainslie join the team on Sunday in place of Chris Clarke and Gareth Cordingley.
Captain Andrew Cook was delighted with the debuts made by Yakub Bhamji and Michael Clarkson last week and he expects the team to build on the positives from last week's defeat. Michael and Yakub really impressed and I'm confident that they will go on to be a vital part of the team as the season unfolds. We've brought Gary back in to give us a little more experience in the batting.
Darwen Second team welcome back Dave Bonner and Mark Bennett who were unavailable last weekend. 13 year old Alex Davies keeps his place in the side after top scoring in last week's fixture with 31 runs against St Anne's.
Graham Ainslie will stand in as skipper with Gary Jackson stepping up to the First team.
Netherfield are having a frustrating start to the season, with football and injuries to key players and now promising young players tied up at school. So this weekend they will be without Chris Parry, the leading amateur batsman last year, Craig Walmsley, Ben Haddrick, Nathan Chambers, Jared Winder, John Huck and Ben Barrow.
FLEETWOOD v KENDAL
Fleetwood 1st XI are unchanged: W Clarke (c), Coultas, Wilson, Clinning, Parker, Sharrocks, M Clark, Jones, Breakall, Blundell, Rupasinghe (pro).
2nd XI is as follows. Emsley (c), Gregson, Hay, Budden, Stanhope, T Clark, Bell, Greive, Preston, Richardson, Bushell
Kendal: Ikram Ullah (C) (Wk), Kevin Howarth, Terry Hunte, Donovan Du Plessis, Nick Lewthwaite, Oliver Killiner, Tony Yasin, Ben Simm, Stuart Parkin, Stuart Nelson, Ross McMillan (Pro)
Dave Sykes (Scorer) reports: Nick Lewthwaite returns to Kendal for a second spell after a few years ago being unlucky in his step up from Westmorland League outfit
Windermere. Donovan Du Plessis makes his Northern League debut after impressing with the bat for Ambleside in the Westmorland League for the past two seasons.
Other than that the team has a familiar look to it with Terry Hunte turning out for his 22nd season of hopefully terrorising the Northern League bowling attacks.
Kendal played top Scottish club Grange CC away in a friendly in Edinburgh last Saturday, losing by three runs (Grange 165 all out; Kendal 162 for 9). But all the bowlers had a bowl and the batters had a bat, added Mr Sykes. The new boys from the Westmorland League did well with Nick Lewthwaite claiming 3 wickets and Donovan Du Plessis getting 30-odd runs. Also we went up with a few juniors who equipped themselves well.
LANCASTER v ST ANNES
Jamie Heywood and captain David Heywood return for Lancaster after missing last week's opener at Preston due to a family wedding. They replace Keiron Moffat and Billy Akrigg.
On Sunday Lancaster have a National Knockout 1st Round v Keswick at Keswick.
