Leave the M6 at Junction 28.
Turn left towards the town centre along Leyland Way and onto Turpin Green Lane.
Bear left at the roundabout into King St.
Turn left opposite the Leyland Commercial Vehicles Museum to arrive at the ground.
The Club was originally formed in the 1920's as a Sports and Social Club for the employees of Leyland Motors and became founder members of the Northern League in !952.
On the take over of the company in the late eighties it became Leyland Daf.
The Sports and Social Club is now independent and the Club has reverted to its traditional name.
There are plans in place for the development and refurbishment of the ground and its facilities.
Leyland Motors have had one Championship success in 1973.
