Vernon Carus win their last game, Their defeat of Lancaster means they are both relegated
Champions Garstang are back to winning ways and there are also wins for Blackpool, Leyland Longridge and Penrith.
Blackpool v Fulwood & Broughton
Fulwood & Broughton won the toss at Stanley Park and chose to bat first, Ewen Mansford and Matthew Smith opened with a partnership of 32 broken by Matthew Grindley having Ewen Mansford caught by Ockert Erasmus for 12 (29 balls) 32-1
Ben Parkinson was the visitors no3, the introduction of Ockert Erasmus had a devastating effort on the game with four wickets falling with the score on 38, first to go was Matthew Smith caught behind by Ben Howarth off Ockert Erasmus for 24 (28 balls) 38-2
Zach Proctor was the new batsman but fell caught by Joshua Boyne off Ockert Erasmus for 0 (2 balls) 38-3, Ben Rosbottom was next in but lost partner Ben Parkinson bowled by Matthew Grindley for 2 (15 balls) 38-4,
Lewis Wellings joined Ben Rosbottom, Ockert Erasmus struck again having Ben Rosbottom caught by Dylan Henshall for 0 (7 balls) 38-5, James McWilliam was next in and with Wellings dug in and tried to rebuild the innings.
Ockert Erasmus was the one to break the partnership removing Lewis Wellings caught and bowled for 10 (49 balls) 53-6, Muhammad Zaid replaced Wellings but on reaching 7 (15 balls) he was out caught behind by Ben Howarth off Jamie Thomson, 65-7
Jon Fenton was the new batsman but lost James McWilliam caught and bowled by Ockert Erasmus for 11 (47 balls) 72-8, Khalil Patel came in at no10 but lost Jon Fenton lbw to Jamie Thomson for 5 (16 balls) 73-9
The Fulwood & Brought innings came to an end on 81 in 38.1 overs with last man Dom Jackson bowled by Jamie Thomson for 5 (7 balls) with Khalil Patel 1no (17 balls)
Ockert Erasmus was the leading wicket taker with 5-10 from 14 overs with Jamie Thomson 3-18 off 4.1 and Matthew Grindley 2-25 from 15
Tomas King and Kasim Munir opened for the hosts and were half way to their target when Tomas King was caught behind by James McWilliam off Khalil Patel for 31 (24 balls) 42-1, Joshua Boyne came to the wicket and with Munir saw the hosts to victory closing on 84-1 in 12.5 overs, Kasim Munir was 27no (39 balls) and Joshua Boyne 24no (15 balls)
Khalil Patel took the only wicket 1-27 from 6 overs
Chorley v Longridge
Chorley won the toss at Windsor Park and invited the visitors to bat first, Joshua Mullin and Rhys Morgan opened, Joshua Mullin had made 4 (13 balls) when he was caught behind by Harry Barclay off Edwin Moulton, 8-1
Tom Howarth was next in but lost Rhys Morgan bowled by Will Moulton for 8 (11 balls) 12-2, Zac Christie came in at four and with Tom Howarth took the score to 32, Edwin Moulton trapped Tom Howarth lbw for 8 (16 balls) 32-3
Luke Platt replaced Howarth and with Zac Christie slowly moved the score along until Edwin Moulton claimed his third victim Luke Platt caught by Alfie Dobson for 17 (36 balls) 57-4. Hugo Croft joined Chrisite but soon lost Zac Christie caught by Alexander Howarth off James Dunn for 21 (59 balls) 68-5
Tom Turner came to the wicket but quickly became James Dunn's next victim caught by Will Moulton for 0 (5 balls) 72-6, Jake Durnell was Hugo Croft's next partner and they took the total to 91 when James Dunn had Jake Durnell lbw for 16 (19 balls) 91-7
New Batsman Matt Greenall was bowled by Sam Steeple for 0 (3 balls) 94-8, Jonathan Millward was in at 10 and was trapped lbw by Ian Oakes for 3 (6 balls) 99-9. The innings closed on 100 all out in 37.5 overs with Sam Steeple bowling Caleb Bradford for 1 (7 balls) with Hugo Croft 9no (57 balls).
The Chorley wicket takers were James Dunn 3-18 from 7 overs, Edwin Moulton 3-23 off 11, Sam Steple 2-23 from 8.5, Ian Oakes 1-5 off 3 and Will Moulton 1-29 from 8
Andrew Holdsworh and Will Moulton opened for the hosts and were the first victims of Matt Greenall who destroyed the home side, Will Moulton was first out caught by Tom Howarth for 10 (8 balls) 15-1,
New batsman Roshen Silva became victim number two caught behind by Tom Turner for 0 (12 balls) 17-2, Harry Barclay came in next but lost Andrew Holdsworth caught and bowled by Matt Greenall for 6 (27 balls) 22-3
Alexander Howarth replaced Holdsworth but Greenall soon had him caught behind by Tom Turner for 0 (2 balls) 22-4, Alfie Dobson joined Harry Barclay, Matt Greenall claimed wicket number five Harry Barclay lbw for 5 (21 balls) 24-5
Edwin Moulton was the new batsman but once again Matt Greenall struck having Alfie Dobson caught by Tom Howarth for 7 (25 balls), 33-6, Sam Steeple joined Edwin Moulton to become wicket number seven for Matt Greenall caught by Luke Platt for 4 (4 balls) 41-7
James Dunn came in at no9 and once again fall to Matt Greenall caught behind by Tom Turner for (2 12 balls) 48-8, Ian Oakes replaced Dunn but lost his partner Edwin Moulton lbw to Jake Durnell for 21 (50 balls) 60-9
Caleb Bradford closed the Chorley innings on 60 all out in 31.4 overs by having Ian Oakes caught behind by Tom Turner for 1 (24 balls), James Lee was 0no (5 balls)
Matt Greenall's figures were 15 overs 4 maidens 33 runs 8 wickets supported by Caleb Bradford 0.4 overs 0-1 and Jake Duenell 1-18 off 7
Garstang v St Annes
Garstang won the toss at the Riverside Sports ground and put the visitors into bat, Tom Higson and Yohan De Silva got off to a good start but on reaching 33 two wickets fell, Tom Higson was run out by Dan Curwen for 28 (19 balls) 33-1
Lukman Vahaluwala was in at three and was bowled by Rizwan Patel for 0 (5 balls) 33-2, Nathan Armstrong came in next and had taken the score to 48 when he was bowled by Ian Walling for 11 (19 balls) 48-3
Alex Bradley replaced Armstrong and became Ian Walling's second victim bowled for 0 (3 balls) 54-4, Luke Jardine was the new batsman but with only one run added he was trapped lbw by Danny Gilbert for 0 (5 balls) 55-5
Nathan Bend joined Yohan De Silva but he was bowled by Ian Walling for 6 (5 balls) 62-6, new batsman Harry Birkman lasted three balls once again bowled by Ian Walling for 0, 62-7,
James Bradley was De Silva's new partner and they kept the scoreboard ticking over until Yohan De Silva's fighting innings came to an end bowled by Danny Gilbert for 38 (55 balls) 84-8
Mitch Bolus was in at no10 but lost his partner James Bradley bowled by Danny Gilbert for 5 (19 balls) 90-9, last man in was Curtis Fletcher, Rizwan Patel closed the St Annes innings on 99 all out in 26.1 overs by having Mitch Bolus lbw for 8 (13 balls) Curtis Fletcher was 0no (11 balls)
The Garstang wicket takers were Ian Walling 4-50 from 12 overs, Danny Gilbert 3-13 off 7 and Rizwan Patel 2-35 from 7.1
Michael Walling and Matthew Crowther opened but were soon parted Lukman Vahaluwala having Michael Walling caught by Nathan Armstrong for 10 (27 balls) 10-1, The incoming batsman was Mark Walling and with Matthew Crowther slowly moved the total on until Tom Higson had Matthew Crowther caught by Mitch Bolus for 12 (87 balls) 55-2
Ryan Pearson joined Mark Walling but lost Walling bowled by Tom Higson for 40 (84 balls) 64-3, Dan Curwen replaced Walling and they were only three runs short of victory when Ryan Pearson was caught by Mitch Bolus off Nathan Bend for 13 (17 balls) 97-4
Dan Curwen's new partner was Joe Barlow and they saw the hosts over the line closing on 103-4 in 38.2 overs with Dan Curwen 17no (11 balls) and Joe Barlow 5no (7 balls)
Tom Higson took 2-16 from 7 overs with Nathan Bend 1-2 off 1 and Lukman Vahaluwala 1-13 from 15
Kendal v Leyland
Kendal won the toss at Shap Road and asked the vistitors to bat first, James Rounding and Jacob Wright opened and were quickly one wicket down James Rounding lbw to Toby Tyson for 0 (3 balls) 4-1
Kurtis Watson was in at three and lost Jacob Wright bowled by Kuldeep Singh for 6 (11 balls), 8-2. the new batsman was Geeth Kumara and with Watson took control until Toby Tyson bowled Kurtis Watson for 43 (67 balls) 93-3
Karl Cross took over from Watson and with Kumara had a stand of 136 broken by Toby Tyson bowling Karl Cross for 39 (55 balls), incoming batsman Andrew Malinson lost his partner Geeth Kumara caught Paul Dodds for 130 (154 balls) (10x4, 7x6) 235-6
Andrew Makinson fell in the last over, wicket number four for Toby Tyson bowled for 5 (4 balls) 235-6, Iain Critchley 4no (4 balls) and James Critchley 0no (2 balls) saw the visitors to close on 242-6 in their 50 overs
For Kendal Toby Tyson took 4-76 from 13 overs and Kuldeep Singh 2-60 off 10
Chris Miller and Paul Dodds opened for the hosts and took the score to 47 when both were out, Chris Miller went first lbw to Ben Weaver for 35 (36 balls) 47-1, Paul Dodds was caught by Karl Cross off Andrew Jacques for 9 (32 balls) 47-2
The new batsmen were David Batty and Fritz De Beer, their partnership was 30 broken by Fritz De Beer being run out by James Rounding for 6 (21 balls) 77-3, Ben Weaver struck having Oliver Tyson lbw first ball for 0 77-4
Terry Hunte came in next but lost David Batty bowled by Ben Weaver for 24 (45 balls) 78-5, Sam Fletcher replaced David Batty but with only 5 runs added Terry Hunte was caught by Karl Cross off Kurtis Watson for 2 (9 balls) 83-6
James Fleming was next in but without further addition to the score Sam Fletcher was stumped by Alex Williams off Geeth Kumara for 4 (13 balls) 83-7, Kuldeep Singh joined James Fleming and they dug in until Geeth Kumara had James Fleming caught by Jacob Wright for 1 (23 balls) 108-8
Toby Tyson came in at ten but was out lbw to Geeth Kumara for 6 (12 balls) 116-9, Andrew Jacques closed the Kendal innings on 116 all out having Kuldeep Singh caught by Karl Cross for 26 (36 balls). Matthew Park was 0no (4 balls)
The wickets were shared amongst the Leyland bowlers, Ben Weaver took 3-27 from 7 overs, Geeth Kumara 3-29 off 11, Andrew Jacques 2-21 from 9.1 and Kurtis Watson 1-39 off 11
Lancaster v Vernon Carus
Lancaster were playing in a must win match against Vernon Carus, lose and they both would be relegated, Vernon Carus won the toss at Lune Road and invited the hosts to bat first
Lancaster were destroyed by Jacob Holland, they were bowled out for 86 in 30 overs with their professional making 44, the only other batsman to reach double figures was No10 Lee Sparks with 13
Jacob Holland had the figures of 15 overs 6maidens 36 runs 7 wickets with Matthew Timms taking 3-42 from 13
In reply Vernon Carus knocked off the runs in 16.1 overs closing on 87-4 to give them their second victory of the season and end on a high. Wes Royle lead the way with 42no

Penrith v Netherfield
Penrith had their league status in their own hands at Tynefield Park, Netherfield won the toss and put the hosts into bat, Ollie Greenwood and Nicky Burns opened, Ollie Greenwood was first out bowled by Isaac Medhurst for 3 9 11 balls), 11-1
Owen Jones was the hosts number three, he lost partner NIcky Burns caught behind by Finlay Richardson off Matt Jackson for 5 (31 balls) 31-2, Nathan Buck was next in but with only two runs added Owen Jones was caught by Reece Irving off Isaac Medhurst for 6 (36 balls) 33-3
James Bowman replaced Jones and had made 4 (7 balls) when he was bowled by Matt Jackson, 42-4, Matt Jackson claimed his third wicket Nathan Buck bowled for 4 (16 balls) 51-5, Alister Craig quickly followed lbw to Matt Jackson for 0 (11 balls) 51-6
Greg Cameron and Samuel Hall started to rebuild the innings until Daniel Bernet bowled Greg Cameron for 25 (51 balls) 83-7, Samuel Hall followed soon after caught and bowled by Samuel Medhurst for 24 (46 balls) 99-8
James Ellis and Jamie O'Brien were the new batsmen and took the score to 110 when James Ellis was bowled by Samuel Medhurst for 10 (24 balls) 110-9
The innings closed on 117 all out in 41.1 overs with Finlay Hansford lbw to Bertie Medhurst for 2 (4 balls) and Jamie O'Brien was 8o (10 balls)

Lee Hogg joined James Price but with the total on 66 both were out, first out was James Price caught by Owen Jones off James Bowman for 22 (38 balls) 66-4, Nathan Buck bowled Lee Hogg for 13 (29 balls) 66-5
Nathan Buck then turned the match in the hosts favour bowling Isaac Medhurst for 0 (4 balls) 66-6, Daniel Bernet suffered the same fate bowled by Buck for 5 (11 balls) 73-8, Nathan Buck claimed his fifth wicket having Bertie Medhurst lbw first ball for 0 73-8
Reece Irving was battling away but James Bowman rapped things up by removing the last two batsmen, Samuel Medhurst was the first lbw for 3 (9 balls) 90-9, Matt Jackson was bowled for 4 (6 balls) by Bowman as the visitors were 100 all out in 28.3 overs
The victory contirmed the hosts status in the Northern Premier Cricket league.
