Blackpool and Netherfield draw, Fleetwood close the gap to one point with a win against Longridge, Barrow have their first win, wins also for Garstang, Fulwood & Broughton and Leyland
Barrow v St Annes
Barrow won the toss at the Ernest Pass Memorial ground and decided to bat, Justin Pringle and Toby Mowat opened the batting, the score was 23 when Tom Higson ran out Toby Mowat for 0, 23-1.
Rhys Studt joined Pringle and they had moved the total to 81 when Justin Pringle was caught behind by Richard Staines off Amar Ullah for 48, 81-2 Dineth Thimodya was next in and with Studt had a partnership of 38 when Studt was bowled by Amar Ullah for 46, 119-3
Thimodya soon followed stumped by Richard Staines off Amar Ullah for 18, 124-4. Wicketkeeper Richard Staines took his third victim catching Daryl Wearing off Mohamed Nadeem for 3, 131-5.
Greg Reynolds and Jack Hill-Eades dug in and took the score to 150 when Greg Reynolds was bowled by Mohamed Nadeem for 23, 150-6, The Barrow total had reached 180 when they lost three wickets without addition to the score.
Jack Hill-Eades caught by Andy Drake off Amar Ullah 180-7, Glen Kermode gave Ullah his fifth wicket out caught by Tim Smithies for 13, 180-8, Mohamed Nadeem then bowled Sam Henderson first ball for 0, 180-9.
The innings closed when Tom Higson caught and bowled Gary Collins for 7 leaving Matthew Adams 1no
Amar Ullah took 5-62 from 16 overs, Mohamed Nadeem 3-58 off 17 and Tom Higson 1-43 from 10,5.
In reply the St Annes opening pair of Tim Smithies and Andy Drake took the score to 37 when both openers were out on the same score, Smithies was first out caught and bowled by Dineth Thimodya for 21, 37-1, Drake followed caught by Justin Pringle off Toby Mowat for 15, 37-2
Mohamed Nadeem had made 2 when he was caught by Daryl Wearing off Dineth Thimodya, 39-3, Disaster struck for St Annes when on 53 they lost two wickets, Amar Ullah bowled by Toby Mowat for 4, 53-4, then Nathan Armstrong caught by Justin Pringle off Dineth Thimodya for 10, 53-5
Things did not improve for the visitors with Tom Higson bowled by Toby Mowat for 5, 62-6. Ben Reader joined Richard Staines but when he had scored 3 he was caught by Toby Mowat off Gary Collins, 76-7.
Henry Higson was next in and he and Staines took the score to 114 Saines was caught behind off Jack Hill-Eades off Toby Mowat for 34, 114-8. Higson's next partner was Tom Bradley, they had a partnership of 21 when Bradley was bowled by Greg Reynolds for 16, 135-9
Henry Higson and Lucas Miller fought for the draw but Miller was out caught by Rhys Studt off Sam Henders for 1, 144 all out. Higson was 26no
Toby Mowat had 4-38 from 11 overs, Dineth Thimodya 3-29 off 13 with Greg Reynolds , Gary Collins and Sam Henderson taking a wicket
Blackpool v Netherfield
Netherfield won the toss at Stanley Park and invited the hosts to bat, Blackpool lost an early wicket Matthew Houston caught by Joel Blain off Bevan Small for 4, 10-1.
Joshua Boyne joined Sam Dutton and they took the score to 63 when Boyne was caught by Joel Blain off Bevan Small for 17, 63-2. Lahiru Madushanka came to the wicket and with Dutton took the total to 114 when Dutton was caught and bowled by Joel Blain for 67, 114-3
Blain stuck again 8 runs later having Craig Brown caught by Lewis Richardson for 2 122-4. Andy Furniss soon followed caught behind by Lewis Edge off Marc Hadwin for 4, 134-5.
Madushanka and Jake Muncaster began to build the innings and had a partnership of 41 when Madushanka was caught by Lewis Richardson off Bevan Small for 63, 175-6, Muncaster followed soon afterwards caught by Scott Clement off Joel Blain for 21, 185-7
Four runs later the eighth wicket fell Paul Danson bowled by Bevan Small for 1, 189-8, Syed Kazmi and Matthew Grindley kept the scoreboard ticking over but on 218 Kazmi was trapped lbw by Marc Hadwin for 26, 218-9
The innings closed soon afterwards with Blackpool 219-9 with Matthew Grindley 10no and Matthew Siddall 1no
Joel Blain took 4-76 from 17 overs. Bevan Small 3-55 off 11 with Marc Hadwin 2-74 from 17
In reply the Netherfield openers Ben Barrow 22 and Josh Dixon 23 gave the visitors a start and Bevan Small and Bradley Earl looked to be giving the league leaders control but the return of Lahuri Madushanka to the attack was the turning point after good bowling by Joshua Boyne and Matthew Siddall.
Madushanka removed both Small 51 and Bradley Earl 60 and took two further wickets to leave the visitors fighting to save the draw. Scott Clement 1no and Marc Hadwin 0no held out as Netherfield closed on 203-9

Fleetwood v Longridge
Fleetwood won the toss at Broadwater and elected to bat reaching 174-7 after their 50overs thanks to Keegan Armstrong 63no and Adam Sharrocks 52.
Daniel Wilson took 3-43 from 17 overs and Ian Simpson 3-27 off 4
In reply Daniel Wilkinson Jnr 35 and John Simpson 19 got the visitors off to a promising start but wickets fell at regular intervals as Longridge were bowled out for 129 in 43.3 overs, Lachlan Bangs made 24

Garstang v Penrith
Garstang won the toss at the Riverside Sports ground and chose to bat and made 226-7 in their 50 overs with Dan Curwen their top scorer with 57 ably supported by Danny Gilbert 50 and Punit Bisht 41.
Jonathon Osborne took 3-53 from 14 overs, Greg Hall 2-45 off 13 with Asher Hart 1-49 from 11
Penrith struggled against the bowling of Danny Gilbert and were bowled out for 138 in 40.1 overs with only Zach Reekie 61 and Owen Jones 36 showing any resistance.
Danny Gilbert had figures of 6-48 from 14.1 overs with Travis Pieters 2-31 off 14 and Macauley Morris 1-33 from 6
Kendal v Fulwood & Broughton
Fulwood & Broughton won the toss at Sap Road and elected to bat. the first wicket fell at 17 Jon Fenton caught behind by Richard Dakin off Harry Lee for 1.
Matthew Smith and mark Smith moved the score onto 57 when Chris Mill trapped Matthew Smith lbw for 27 bringing Simon Kerrigan to the wicket. Mark Smith fell 4 runs later caught and bowled by Wes Marshall for 27, 61-3
Simon Kerrigan and Charlie Rossiter had a partnership of 58 when Rossiter was stumped by Richard Dakin off Wes Marshall for 16, 119-4, Euan Fletcher was run out without in addition to the score for 0, 119-5
Kerrigan took control of the innings but lost Rob Dingle bowled by Chris Miller for 5 135-6, that was the last Kendal success as the visitors closed on 198-6 with Simon Kerrigan 100no in 111 balls.
Saeed Bariwala and Wes Marshall got Kendal off to a good start reaching 37 when Bariwala was bowled by Simon Kerrigan for 25, 37-1, Wes Marshall fell twelve runs later caught by Rob Dingle off Jon Fenton's bowling for 15, 49-2
Kendal lost their third wicket on 62, Dan Woods lbw to Dominic Jackson for 14, 62-3, thirty runs were added by Ben Phillips and Terry Hunte when Jackson struck having Hunte caught by Simon Kerrigan for 14, 92-4
Ben Phillips became Jackson's third victim caught by Euan Fletcher for 16, 93-5. Joseph Dodds had made 5 when he was bowled by Simon Kerrigan, 102-6. Kendal were in trouble Richard Dakin went lbw to Simon Kerrigan for 1, 116-7
Kerrigan struck again 6 runs later trapping Chris Miller lbw for 1, 122-8. Any chances of Kendal holding out vanished when Oliver Killner was caught by Charlie Rossiter off Jon Fenton for 36, 138-9
The Kendal innings was wrapped up by Simon Kerrigan having Harry Lee lbw for 4 as Kendal were bowled out for 142 in 47.2 overs, Matthew Park was 2no
Simon Kerrigan had figures of 15.2 overs 7 maidens 16 runs 5 wickets, Dominic Jackson had 3-32 from 11 and Jon Fenton 2-58 off 13
Leyland v Chorley
Chorley won the toss at the Stanning Memorial ground and chose to bat and were bowled out for 144 in 48.2 overs with Alexander Howarth top scoring with 30, Andrew Holdsworth 28 and Wian Van Zyl 26.
Nathan McDonnell 4-16 and Ross Bretherton 4-38 doing the damage for Leyland with Henry Thompson chipping in with 2-24 from 12.2 overs
