Barrow v Leyland
Barrow won the toss at the Ernest Pass memorial ground and invited the visitors to bat, Henry Thompson and Karl Cross took the score to 31 when Cross was caught by Lewis Bayman off Greg Reynolds for 22 (20 balls) 21-1
Saif Badar joined Thompson but was out for 2 (8 balls) caught by Ben Carr off Daryl Wearing, 42-2. Kurtis Watson was next in and with Thompson had to fight for their runs. They had put on 83 runs when Watson was bowled by Dineth Thimodya Hewathanthre for 28 (92 balls), 125-3
Henry Thompson was the fourth wicket to fall caught and bowled by Gary Collins for 72 (93 balls), 139-4. Collins struck again bowling Nathan McDonnell for 16 (39 balls), 152-5
Andrew Makinson became Collins's third victim bowled for 20 (27 balls), 177-6, The innings closed shortly afterwards with Leyland 186-6 with Ross Bretherton 9no (22 balls) with James Rounding 5no (3 balls)
Gary Collins took 3-52 from 15 overs, Daryl Wearing 1-15 off 8, Greg Reynolds 1-33 from 4 and Dineth Thimodya Hewathanthre 1-43 off 13
Justin Pringle and Greg Reynolds got the Barrow innings off to a steady start but lost Reynolds with the score on 27 lbw to Karl Cross for 0 (14 balls|, 27-1
Dineth Thimodya Hewathanthre joined Pringle but was soon out bowled by Cross for 7 (19 balls), 45-2. Cross took his third wicket Glen Kermode caught behind by Alex Williams for 0 (8 balls) 47-3
The Barrow innings went from bad to worse with the loss of Daryl Wearing bowled by Cross for 2 (14 balls), 53-4. Cross then took his fifth wicket Sam Henderson caught by Ian Farrington for 3 (10 balls) 57-5
Justin Pringle was the next wicket to fall lbw to Saif Badar for 49 (66 balls), 67-6, Badar struck again having Ben Carr caught by Henry Thompson for 0 (6 balls) 73-7
Matthew Adams and Lewis Bayman dug in but with the total on 85 Adams became Badar's third victim bowled for 12 (30 balls) 85-8, Without further addition to the score Dan Adams was bowled by Badar for 0 (7 balls) 85-9
The Barrow innings came to a close when Badar took his fifth wicket having Lewis Bayman caught by Ian Farrington for 14 (44 balls), 102 all out in 37.1 overs
Saif Badar took 5-10 in 7.1 overs and Karl Cross 5-24 in 11
Fleetwood v Penrith
Penrith won the toss at Broadwater and elected to bat and were bowled out for 80 in 39.5 overs, Jonathon Osborne top scored with 32no with Bruce Glendinning 12 and Alister Craig 11 the only other batsmen to reach double figures.
Alex Ryder took 4-29 from 15 overs, Scott Whittaker 3-18 off 11, Jack Wilkinson 1-7 from 5, Declan Clerkin 1-7 off 3 and Neels Bergh 1-12 from 5.5 overs
Fleetwood knocked off the runs reaching 81-4 in 24.3 overs with Adam Sharrocks 39no and Neels Bergh 27no.
Garstang v Longridge
Fulwood & Broughton won the toss at the Highfield ground and chose to bat, The were bowled out in 47.5 overs for 108 thanks to Matthew Smith 22, Ryan Worthington 16, Dominic Jackson 16 and Chris Brookes 13no
Travis Pieters took 4-25 from 13 overs, Danny Gilbert 4-48 off 17, Ian Walling 1-21 from 14 with Michael Walling 1-2 off five balls
Garstang had to fight for their victory closing on 109-8 in 38.5 overs thanks to Matthew Wellings 35, Matthew Crowther 14 no, Mark Winstanley 11no with 20 extras

Chorley won the toss at Shap Road and invited the home team to bat, The opening partnership of Tom Benn and Saeed Bariwala was ended when Bariwala was bowled by Jamie Lee for 6 (9 balls), 12-1
Tom Benn did not last much longer being bowled by Jamie Lee for 7 (15 balls), 15-2, James Price and Ben Phillips batted patiently but with the total on 38 Phillips was caught behind by Harry Barclay off Chamikara Edirisinghe for 10 (24 balls)
Edirisinghe struck again having Ryan Shepherd caught by Andrew Holdsworth for 0 (10 balls) without further addition to the score, 38-4. Terry Hunte joined Price and they gave the home side hope taking the score to 113 when Hunte was bowled by Edwin Moulton for 42 (47 balls), 113-5
Only five runs had been added when Saif Vohra was caught by Will Moulton off Gaurav Dhar for 3 (2 balls), 118-6, James Price was next out bowled by Edwin Moulton for 54 (119 balls), 126-7
The Kendal tail dug in and scored valuable runs, Shane Hyland was next out stumped by Harry Barclay off Chamikara Edirisinghe for 4 (24 balls). 136-8. Chris Miller 18no (33 balls) and Toby Tyson 9no (17 balls) saw Kendal close on 157-8
Chamikara Edirisinghe took 3-40 from 16 overs, Jamie Lee 2-28 off 13, Edwin Moulton 2-36 from 10 and Gaurav Dhar 1-10 from 5
Kendal got off to a good start Kuldeep Singh bowling Kyle Dixon for 0 (2 balls) 0-1, Edwin Moulton followed two balls later bowled by Singh for 0, 0-2
Will Moulton became Singh's third victim lbw for 3 (17 balls) 12-3, Chorley were in trouble and Wian Van Zyl and Harry Barclay fought to retrieve the situation and had taken the score to 82 when Van Zyl was caught behind by Tom Benn off Chris Miller for 57 (73 balls) 82-4.
James Price took two wickets in an over trapping Chanikara Edirisinghe lbw first ball for 0 83-5, then Alexander Howarth caught behind by Tom Benn for 0 (2 balls) 83-6
Kendal looked to be in the driving seat when Harry Barclay was joined by Andrew Holdsworth, these two battled and accumulated and took the score to 129 when Holdsworth was run out by Chris Miller for 29 (51 balls), 129-7,
Gaurav Dhar made 8 (13 balls) falling lbw to Chris Miller 143-8, Harry Barclay was giving the visitors hope but with the score on 152 he was run out for 46 (134 balls), 152-9.
James Price bowled the last ball off the match with Chorley requiring two runs or Kendal one wicket for victory, Price bowled James Lee for 1 (2 balls) to give Kendal victory and a life line to staying in the league
