St Annes win for the first time and there are wins for Leyland, Garstang, Chorley, Fleetwood and Longridge
Blackpool v Garstang
Garstang won the toss at Stanley Park and decided to bat, they made 173-6 in their 50 overs, Michael Walling made 50 with contributions from Mark Walling 28, Punit Bisht 26 and Matthew Crowther 26
Matthew Siddall took 3-76 from 17 overs and Joshua Boyne 2-40 off 17
Blackpool were bowled out in 46.1 overs for 147, James Price top scored with 71 with Matthew Grindley 22 and opener Tomas King making 21
The wickets were shared amongst the Garstang bowlers, Michael Walling 3-10 off 2.1 overs, Punit Bisht 2-20 from 9, Travis Pieters 2-38 off 15, Gregory Bishop 1-29 from 8 and Ian Walling 1-46 off 12.
Fleetwood v Barrow
Barrow won the toss at Broadwater and asked the hosts too bat first, Fleetwood made 207-9 in their 50 overs thanks to Tom Wilson 45, Rana Singh 40, Neels Bergh 32 and Declan Clerkin 21
Gary Collins took 5-66 from 16 overs, Glen Kermode 2-59 off 12, Sam Henderson 1-23 from 9 and Toby Mowat 1-41 from 13.
In reply Barrow were bowled out in 33.1 overs for 107, Sam Henderson 39, Justin Pringle 33 and Dineth Thimodya Hewathanthre 18 the only batsmen to reach double figures.
Neels Bergh took 4-37 from 10.1 overs, James Amor 3-37 off 8 and Declan Clerkin 2-9 from 9,
Longridge v Fulwood & Broughton
Fulwood & Broughton won the toss at the Newsham Memorial cricket ground and invited the home team to bat. Longridge were bowled out in 44 overs for 149 thanks to the tail wagging. No 7 Tom Howarth made 22, no 9 Ian Simpson undefeated on 27 and no 10 Nick Wilkinson 23
Jon Fenton took 6-68 from 17 overs, Chris Brookes 2-5 off 6 and Simon Kerrigan 2-37 from 14.
In reply the visitors were bowled out for 96 in 44.5 overs, Matthew Smith top scored with 41 with Ryan Worthington 13 and Jon Fenton 12 the only batsmen to score more than 10
Jonathan Millward took 4-41 from 17 overs, Daniel Wilson 3-13 off 14, Ian Simpson 1-14 from 7 and Tom Howarth 1-18 off 5.5
Netherfield v Chorley
Chorley won the toss at Parkside road and put Netherfield into bat, Ben Barrow and Josh Dixon took the score to 39 when Dixon was caught behind by Harry Barclay off Kieran McCullagh for 2 (24 balls) 39-1
Bevan Small joined Barrow and they had a partnership of 27 when Barrow was caught by Alexander Howarth off Chamikara Edirisinghe for 32 (58 balls) 76-2, two runs later Finlay Richardson was caught behind by Harry Barclay off Chamikara Edirisinghe for 0 (7 balls), 78-3
Things got worse for the home team when Theo Gallagher was bowled by Will Moulton for 0 (3 balls), 79-4, Lewis Edge made 9 in three balls when he was caught by Wian Van Zyl off Will Moulton, 93-5
Disaster struck Bevan Small who had scored 48 (84 balls) was caught and bowled by Chamikara Edirisinghe, 95-6, Edirisinghe struck again trapping Joel Blain lbw for 2 (7 balls), 97-7
Thomas John Anderton was Edriisnghe's fifth victim caught by Alexander Howarth for 6 (15 balls), 102-8, Robbie Dwyer fell to the Van Zyl/Edirisinghe combination for 3, 113-9
James Lee closed the Netherfield innings on 121 in 48.4 overs bowling Marc Hadwin for 3, Matt Jackson was the not out batsman on 13 (38 balls).
Chamikara Edirisinghe took 6-32 from 17, Will Moulton 2-33 off 17, Kieran McCullagh 1-23 from 8 and James Lee 1-31 off 6.4
The Chorley reply got off to a bad start losing Wian Van Zyl for 1 (16 balls) caught behind by Lewis Edge off Matt Jackson, 13-1, Stuart Naden followed soon afterwards caught by Matt Jackson off Bevan Small for 13 (21 balls) 18-2
Will Moulton and Harry Barclay batted steadily but with the total on 39 Barclay was bowled by Joel Blain for 6 (11 balls), 39-3, Chamikara Edirisinghe was Moulton's next partner and they put on 34 runs when Moulton was bowled by Robbie Dwyer for 32 (45 balls). 73-4
Alexander Howarth joined Edirisinghe and they looked to steering the visitors to victory when Matt Jackson took two quick wickets, Howarth was caught by Josh Dixon for 19 (35 balls), 102-5, then Andy Flear bowled for 2 (4 balls) 104-6
That was the last Netherfield success as Edirisinghe 26no (54 balls) and Andrew Holdsworth 4no (7 balls) saw Chorley home on 122-6 in 32 overs
Matt Jackson took 3-22 from 9 overs, Robbie Dwyer 1-8 off 3, Bevan Small 1-16 from 8 and Joel Blain 1-35 off 6.
Penrith v Leyland
Penrith batted first at Tynefield Park and were soon in trouble, Nicky Burns out caught by Ross Bretherton off Karl Cross for 0 (1 ball), 0-1, Cross then had Asher hart caught behind by Alex Williams for 0 (4 balls) 0-2
Samuel Hall was joined by Greg Hall but the third wicket soon followed Greg Hall caught behind by Alex Williams for 11 (16 balls), 16-3. Six runs had been added when Greg Cameron was caught by Karl Cross off Ross Bretherton for 5 (10 balls), 22-4
Ross Bretherton struck again having Samuel Hall caught by Jacob Wright for 5 (28 balls), 23-5, Penrith were in deep trouble when the Williams/Bretherton combination struck Owen Jones the batsman out for 12 (24 balls) 35-6
Bretherton accounted for wicket no 7 having Alister Craig caught by Jacob Wright for 1 (25 balls), 38-7, Eleven runs were added when Nick Hodgson fell caught behind by Alex Williams off Ross Bretherton for 5 (25 balls), 49-8
Jamie O'Brien and Bruce Glendinning battled and took the score to 73 when Glendinning was bowled by Nathan McDonnell for 5 (23 balls), 73-9. The innings ended without further addition to the score when Jamie O'Brien was caught by Alex Williams off Kurtis Watson for 27 (33 balls). Penrith were 73 all out in 31.3 overs
Ross Bretherton took 5-51 from 14 overs, Karl Cross 3-19 off 15, Nathan McDonnell 1-1 from 1 and Krtis Watson 1-2 from 1.3
Penrith had an early success having Karl Cross caught by Greg Hall off Asher Hart for 8 (5 balls), 12-1. Saif Badar joined Henry Thompson and thet took the score to 56 when Thompson was caught by Greg Hall off Jamie O'Brien for 18 (34 balls), 56-2
O'Brien stuck again trapping Kurtis Watson lbw for 2 (4 balls) 58-3, The scores were level when Nathan McDonnell was run out for 8 (8 balls) by Nick Hodgson, 73-4, Saif Badar 40no (31 balls) hit the winning runs as Leyland Closed on 79-4 in 14.2 overs
Jamie O'Brien took 2-13 off 3.2 overs and Asher Hart 1-28 from 4
St Annes V Kendal
Kendal won the toss at Vernon Road and decided to bat, Saeed Bariwala and Wes Marshall opened with a partnership of 24 when Marshall was caught by Amar Ullah off Matthew Yeadon for 5, (11 balls) 24.1
Tom Benn followed three balls later bowled by Matthew Yeadon for 0, 28-2, Ben Phillips joined Bariwala and they took the score to 47 when Matthew Yeadon took his third wicket bowling Bariwala for 21 (41 balls) 47-3
The Kendal innings followed the same course as last week at Blackpool, losing wickets at regular intervals, The fourth wicket fell on 49 Ben Phillips bowled by Tom Higson for 12 (14 balls), Terry Hunte 0 (11 balls) fell five runs later trapped lbw by Tom Higson. 54-5
Higson then had Oliver Killiner caught behind by Richard Staines for 0 (4 balls), 54-6, Edward Price was next to go lbw to Tom Bradley for 7 (17 balls), 58-7, Kendal were in deep trouble not helped when Richard Dakin ran himself out for 2 (19 balls) 62-8
Chris Miller and Harry Lee battled to try and make a total they could defend, they put on 38 when Miller was caught and bowled by Amar Ullah for 24 (52 balls), 100-9.
The last wicket added a further thirteen runs as Kendal were bowled out in 41 overs for 113. Harry Lee was last out lbw to Amar Ullah for 15 (65 balls), Toby Tyson was unbeaten on 7 (10 balls).
Tom Higson took 3-19 from 10 overs, Matthew Yeadon 3-41 off 12, Amar Ullah 2-10 from 8 and Tom Bradley 1-17 off 6
St Annes did not get off to a good start losing Tom Higson bowled by Toby Tyson for 4 (6 balls), 8-1, Toby Tyson struck again trapping Richard Staines lbw for 0 (1 ball), 14-2.
Mohamed Nadeem joined Tim Smithies and they put the home team in a strong position but with the score on 46 Smithies was out lbw to Wes Marshall for 20 (50 balls_, 46-3
Next in was Amar Ullah and with Nadeem looked to be seeing their side home but Ullah was caught by Wes Marshall off Chris Miller for 19 (46 balls), 93-4, St Annes lost wicket no 5 when Henry Higson was run out by Oliver Killiner for 0 (2 balls), 93-5
Batsman no 7 was Ben Reader and with Mohamed Nadeem saw St Annes home to their first victory of the season reaching 117-5 in 35.2 overs. Mohamed Nadeem reached his fifty scoring the winning runs ending up on 51 no (97 balls) and Ben Reader 9 no (11 balls)
Toby Tyson took 2-10 from 4 overs, Chris Miller 1-28 off 13.2 and Wes Marshall 1-40 from 12
