The leaders win also wins for Barrow, Leyland, Fleetwood and Netherfield with St Annes losing their first game at Morecambe

DIVISION ONE:

Barrow v Garstang

Barrow won the toss and elected to bat at the Ernest Pass Memorial ground

The innings was a struggle from the start and runs were not easy to come by as Barrow made 128-5 in their 50 overs

Grant Roelofsen top scored with 27 with Jack Hill-Eades 22 and Greg Reynolds 17, Coen Ossthuysen took 4-20 off 12 overs with Ian Walling 2-24 from 9 and Travis Pieters 2-40 off 16

The Garstang reply was a disaster with only Michael Walling 43 and no 9 Walling 40no reaching double figures as they were bowled out for 108 in 35.5 overs.

Greg Reynolds did the damage with 6-37 from 13 supported by Daryl Wearing 2-17 from 10 and Ryan Gilmour 1-20 off 5

Fulwood & Broughton v Leyland

Fulwood & Broughton won the toss and chose to bat at Highfield, they were bowled out in 49.3 overs for 150

Matthew Smith top scored with 29 with contributions from no 9 Chris Brookes 24, 18 from Mark Smith and 15no from Jon Fenton

The wickets were shared amongst the Leyland bowlers, Ross Bretherton took 3-15 from 12, Umar Waheed 3-14 off 5.3overs with Kurtis Watson 2-22 and Karl Cross 2-38

Leyland lost an early wicket but Ian Farrington and Umar Waheed steadied the ship but the introduction of Arab Muir into the attack changed things around

Farrington fell to Chris Brookes bowled for 25 and Waheed was Munir's first wicket bowled for 18, The Leyland innings struggled but 41 from Kurtis Watson gave the visitors hope for victory

Alex Williams undefeated with 17 and Andrew Jacques undefeated on 11 saw Leyland home in the last over closing on 152-8

Arab Munir took 4-32 from 14 overs with Chris Brookes 2-18 off 11, Jon Fenton 1-14 from 7 and Richard Turner 1-31 off 9.3

Morecambe v St Annes

Morecambe won the toss at Woodhill Lane and decided to bat and were 11 when Jamar Ifill bowled Luke Pearson for 2

There followed a stand of 37 between Mark Woodhead and Jamie Heywood when Woodhead was lbw to Tom Higson for 30, 48-2

Luke Jongwe joined Heywood and took the total to 78 when Heywood was run out by Nathan Armstrong for 23

Ryan Pearson came to the wicket but was bowled by Amar Ullah for 5, 87-4, this became 87-5 three balls later when Alex Briggs was caught by Mohamed Nadeem off the bowling of Ullah for 0

Reuben Orr was the next to go caught by Nathan Armstrong off Mohamed Nadeem for 2 90-6, Daniel Edwards and Jongwe took the score to 117 when he beame the 7th wicket down stumped by Richard Staines off Mohamed Nadeem for 16

Tommy Clough joined Longwe and they took the score to 161 when Nathan Armstrong ran out Tommy Clough for 16,161-8, another run out by Tom Bradley on the same score saw Jamie Cassidy out for 0

The innings closed 1 run later with Luke Jongwe caught by Jamr Ifill for 59 off Mohamed Nadeem 162 all out

Mohamed Nadeem took 3-42 from 13.5 overs, Amar Ullah 2-48 off 17, Jamar Ifill 1-25 off 6 and Tom Higson 1-42 from 13

The St Annes reply got off to a bad start losing Henry Higson caught behind by Reuben Orr for 0, 1-1, there followed a stand between Nathan Armstrong and Jamar Ifill but with the score on 53 Armstrong was stumped by Reuben Orr off Zac Buchanan for 12, 53-2

Mohamed Nadeem and Jamar Ifill had taken the score to 89 when Ifill was stumped by Reuben Orr off Daniel Edwards for 61, 89-3, Mohamed Nadeem quickly followed caught by Mark Woodhead again off the bowling of Edwards for 12, 90-4

The fifth wicket fell with the score on 102 when Amar Ullah was bowled by Zac Buchanan for 5, two wickets fell on Nelson, Richard Staines caught and bowled by Daniel Edwards for 8, 111-6 then Tom Higson caught by Mark Woodhead off the bowling of Zac Buchanan for 0, 111-7

Andy Drake and Tom Bradley worked hard and were giving the visitors hope but with the score on 139 Drake fell lbw to Daniel Edwards for 11, 139-8

Alex Bradley and Tom Bradley had steered St Annes to 155 when Tommy Clough bowled Alex Bradley for 2, Pauls Wilks was run out by Alex Briggs on the same score for 0, 155 all out

Daniel Edwards took 4-42 from 17 overs, Zac Buchanan 3-40 off 15 with Tommy Clough 2-25 off 6.2

Netherfield v Chorley

Chorley won the toss at Parkside Road and elected to bat and made a steady start reaching 29 when Wian Van Zyl was caught by Josh Dixon off Matt Jackson for 12, 29-1

Gayan Maneeshan joined Stuart Naden and the total had moved on to 61 when Naden was bowled by Robbie Dwyer for 29 61-2

Edwin Moulton was Maneeshan's next partner and they took the score to 116 when Moulton was stumped by Lewis Edge off the bowling of Marc Hadwin for 18, 116-3

Will Moulton was next in and with Maneeshan took the score to 190 when Moulton was bowled by Harrison Cox for 25, 190-4, only one further run had been added when Alexander Howarth was lbw to Matt Jackson for 0, 191-5

The sixth wicket fell on 200 when Harry Barclay was bowled by Matt Jackson for 7, on the same score Maneeshan's innings came to a close when he was caught by Robbie Dwyer off Matt Jackson for 97 off 116 balls (9x4 2x6) 200-7

Andrew Holdsworth was next out bowled by Harrison Cox for 4 223-8, Gaurav Dhar was caught by Josh Dixon off Matt Jackson for 231-9, the innings closed shortly afterwards on 238-9

Matt Jacson took 5-55 from 13 overs, with Harrison Cox 2-76 from 12, Robbie Dwyer 1-14 from 8 and Marc Hadwin 1-59 off 13

The weather took a hand in the Netherfield innings and they were set a revised score of 215 off 40 overs, Josh Dixon and Ben Barrow had an opening stand of 40 when Barrow was caught and bowled by Edwin Moulton for 23

John Boyle joined Dixon and they took the total to 120 when Boyle was caught behind by Harry Barclay off Gaurav Dhar for 46, 120-2, John Huck was next out run out for 10 135-3

Chorley struck again with only one further run added Josh Dixon fell lbw to Joe Barker for 49, 137-4, Bradley Earl and Lewis Edge took control and had taken the score to 204 when Earl was caught by wicketkeeper Barclay off Dhar for 30, 204-5

Lewis Richardson joined Edge and they saw Netherfield home reaching the required 215 in 37.4 overs, Edge 34no and Richardson 11no

Dhar took 2-35 with Edwin Moulton and Joe Barker taking a wicket each

Penrith v Fleetwood

Penrith won the toss and decided to bat at Tynfield Park, They lost Ashwin Hebbar for 4 bowled by Dean Bell, 5-1, Bell struck two runs later bowling Eddie Robson for 0, 7-2.

The score had moved on to 13 when Nick Hodgson became Bell's third wicket caught by Alex Ryder for 0, 13-3, Greg Cameron joined Nicky Burns and they knuckled down they brought the Penrith innings some stability

They took the total to 64 when Burns was caught and bowled by Neels Bergh for 37 64-4, Jonathon Osborne was Cameron's next partner and they took the score to 132 when Cameron was bowled by Joe Bell for 64 132-5

Greg Hall joined Osborne and they took the score to 184 when Osborne was caught by Matt Clark off Joe Bell for 39, 184-6, Alister Craig came to the wicket and with Hall rook the total to 229 when Craig was bowled by Joe Bell for 15, 229-7

Greg Hall was the next to go caught by Liam Castellas off Damien Hucthinson for 62 off 45 balls 235-8, Joe Bell struck again trapping Mark Osborne lbw for 0 237-9, the innings closed in the last over with Bruce Glendinning out lbw to Damien Hutchinson fo 1, 244 all ou

Joe Bell took 4-45 from 10 overs, Sam Bell 3-51 off 15, Damien Hutchinson 2-40 and Neels Bergh took the other wicket

Fleetwood lost opener Matt Clark lbw to Greg Hall for 2, 13-1, Dean Bell and Jeremy Davies took the score to 55 when Davies was bowled by Jonathon Osborne or 26, Dean Bell soon followed run out by Ashwin Hebbar for 14, 57-3

Liam Castellas joined Neels Bergh and they had a stand of 63 when Castellas was run out by Ashwin Hebbar for 17, 120-4, Adam Sharrocks became Berg's next partner and they had reached 181 when Sharrocks became Ashwin Hebbar's third run out victim for 29, 181-5

Declan Clerkin was the sixth wicket to fall bowled by Ashwin Hebbar for 3, 190-6, Alex Ryder was Bergh's next partner and were closing in on victory when Ryder was caught by Greg Cameron off Greg Hall for 10 209-7

Neels Bergh reached his century and shortly afterwards Fleetwood reached their target of 235 in 43.5 for the loss of 7 wickets, Bergh was undefeated on 107 off 86 balls with 15 fours and Joe Bell was 9 no

Greg Hall took 2-73 off 15 with Jonathon Osborne 1-44 off 9 with Ashwin Hebbar 1-72 from 11.5 overs

Preston v Blackpool

Preston won the toss at West Cliff and elected to bat and were 13 when Rizwan Patel was bowled by Jovaun Van Wyngaardt for 0, 13-1

The score had moved on to 32 when Raghuram Surapaneni was bowled by Van Wyngaardt for 7 32-2, Mohammed Harish and Jitendra Kumar took the total on to 54 when Harish was trapped lbw to Joshua Boyne for 21, 54-3

Harron Patel joined Kumar and they took the score to 94 when Kumar was caught by Andy Furniss off Matthew Siddall for 28, 94-4, Suhel Patel soon followed lbw to Joshua Boyne for 0, 95-5

Harron Patel was next out lbw to Matthew Siddall for 24 99-6, Joshua Boyne took two more wickets Asif Mahmood bowled for 5 108-7, and Imran Pariejwala caught by Andy Furniss also for 5 116-8

Sarfarz Navaz Patel was nineth out caught by Joshua Boyne off Matthew Siddall for 1 117-9, Munaf Gurji was run out by Matthew Siddall for 0 as Preston were 117 all out

Blackpool lost Jovaun Van Wyngaardt for 4 off the bowling of Asif Mahmood, 16-1, Blackpool progressed to 42 when Matthew Houston was bowled by Rizwan Patel for 13,

Ben Howarth was out for 5 off the bowling of Asif Mahmood with the total on 49, Joshua Boyne and Andy Furniss took control and saw Blackpool home reaching their target 118-3 off 24 overs, Boyne 54no and Furniss 23no
