DIVISION ONE:
Barrow v Leyland - Ernest Pass Memorial Ground
Leyland won the toss at the Ernest Pass Memorial ground and invited the hosts to bat.
Karl Cross removed both openers Kaustubh Pawar 10 and Toby Mowat 17 before Sam Dutton 29 and Michael Wellings 35 began to rebuild the inings
Ross Bretherton and David Makinson were introduced to the attack and Bretherton removed Sam Dutton and Makinson Michael Wellings
The Barrow innings now collapsed with none of the remaining batsmen reaching double figures leaving Barrow all out for 115 in 48 overs
David Makinson was the main wicket taker with 4-19 off 10 overs ably supported by Henry Thompson who took 3-21 off 7 overs. Karl Cross bowled 17 overs and took 2-31 with Ross Bretherton 1-16
The Leyland reply followed the Barrow start Chris Parkinson out for 17 and Karl Cross 26.
Two other wickets fell before Richardt Frenz 34no and Ross Bretherton 32no took control and saw Leyland home on 116-4 in 37 overs
For Barrow Javed Khan took 2-40 off 10 and Gary Collins 2-19 off 8
Chorley v Netherfield - Windsor Park
At Windsor Park Netherfield won the toss and asked Chorley to bat
Chorley lost an early wicket but Ian Dickinson and Edwin Moulton began to build the innings.
Ian Dickinson was out for 30 and Edwin Moulton 80 guided the Chorley innings to 181-5 in their 50 overs
The Netherfield reply started badly with the loss of an early wicket but Ben Barrow 28 and Bradley Earl 21 retrieved the situation
Tom Bruce and John Huck made the decisive partnership and steer Netherfield into a winning postion.
When Tom Bruce was out for 52 Netherfield looked to be sailing home but Chorley had different ideas and they took 4 quick wickets but John Huck 51no saw the visitors home with the score on 182 - 8 off 48.4 overs
Ben Milnes took 3-20 off 7 causing Netherfield the problems with Chris Harty 2-46 off 14 and Nekoli Parris 2-46 off 12.4
Darwen v Lancaster - Birch Hall
Darwen batted first at Birch Hall and made 150 - 8 off 47 overs. Daryn Smit held the innings together with 76no supported by Ammer Mirza 22 and Mark Friend 28
Charlie Swarbick 4-34 and Liam Moffat 4-72 were the Lancaster wicket takers
In reply Lancaster were soon two down and it was left to Charlie Swarbrick 20 and Abhimanyu Khod 41no to try and salvage something
But once Swarbrick was out only Ben Simm 14 showed any resistance with Khod running out of partners
Chris Wade did the damage early on remoing the top 3 and finished with 3-23 off 8. David Bowden destroyed the tail end and took 5-35 off 9.3 overs. Daryn Smit took the other two wickets for 24 off 11 overs
Kendal v Preston - Shap Road
Kendal won the toss and decided to bat. They had a decent start with Syed Ali 26 and Chris Miller 28.
With the fall of the first wicket Kendal lost 3 quick wickets and it was left to Darren Nightingale 32, Thomas Bailey 22 and Shane Hyland 15 to enable Kendal to reach 143 in 44.3 overs
Lukman Vahaluwala with 4-19 off 7.3, Riswan Ali 3-37 off 16 and Muhammad Mursaleen 2-25 off 10 were the Preston wicket takers
In their reply Preston stuggled and only Lukman Vahaluwala 21, Yasin Patel 18 and Mustafa Durrani 10 reached double figures as they were bowled out for 84 in 43.4 overs
The wickets were shared out amongst the Kendal bowlers, Chris Miller 3-21, Thomas Bailey 2-20, Wesley Fernando 2-8 and Toby Tyson and Syed Ali taking 1 apiece
Morecambe v St Annes - Woodhill Lane
St Annes won the toss and invited Morecambe to bat and were soon on top taking early wickets and it was Edward Read 52 and Adam Derham 42 who enabled Morecambe to reach 156-7 off their 50 overs
Shadley Van Schalkwyk took 3-46 off 17 over supported by Mitchell Bolus 2-45 off 10 with Matthew Grindley and Thomas Bradley taking a a wicket
The St Annes top oder all made contributions. The openers Luke Wilks 23 and Gurman Baines 19 with Shadley Van Schalkwyk 23 and Richard Staines 29
Tom Higson was the St Annes hero with 50no holding the innings together and in hitting the winnings runs and reached his 50 as St Annes made 158-5 off 38.5 overs
Irfan Qayyum took 2-30 for Morecambe
Penrith v Fleetwood - Tynefield Park
Fleetwood won the toss and asked Penrith to bat, After an early break through Chris Marrow 52 and Michael Hay 95 took charge and saw Penrith to 186 -7 in their 50 overs
Patrick Ashton, Mike Clinning and Alex Ryder took 2 wickets and Travis Dean the other.
Travis Dean 64, Adam Parker 21 lead the chase and late contributions from Matt Clark 20 and Adam Shorrocks 14no saw Fleetwood 5 short of victory reaching 182-8 to give Penrith the winning draw

Penrith were unable to field a side so the match was awarded to Fleetwood
Lancaster v Darwen
At Lune Road Darwen won the toss and invited the hosts to bat
Lancaster started well with openers Faizan Khan 42 and Danny Welbourne 25, but when they were out the Lancaster innings collapsed as they were bowled out for 115 in 41 overs
Chris Crompton with 4-23 off 12 overs and Christian Davies 4-17 off 10 doing the damage
The Darwen reply started steadily until Zac Whalley was run out for 19, two quick wickets fell until Mark Bennett joined John Painter.
These two took Darwen in sight of victory when Bennett was out for 17, John Painter remained undefeated with 52no and saw Darwen home in the 43rd over on 117-4
Leyland v Barrow
Leyland won the toss and decided to bat, this looked to be a disastrous decision when they were bowled out for only 56 runs in 29.1 overs
Paul Riley with 5-10 off 12 overs caused the most damage supported by Sam Henderson 3-19 off 8.1 and Matthew Wall 2-19 off 8
In reply the Barrow innings was not any better as they were bowled out for 19 in 15.2 overs.
Andrew Jacquers destroyed the Barrow innings with 6-6 off 7.2 overs with Steven Pallett 4-12 off 8
Netherfield v Chorley
Chorley batted first at Windsor Park and made 167-8 in their 45 overs thanks to William Harvey 62, Michael Critchley 39 and Max Harper 25
Michael Curran took 5-60 off 12 overs and Scott Clement 1-29 off 11 with two run outs
In reply the league challengers had a bad day only three batsmen scoring double figures.
Captain Scott Clement leading from the front made 69 with Geeth Malinda Kamburugamuwe 20 and Iaasc Medhusrt 16 as Netherfield were bowled out for 130 in the 43rd over
Preston v Kendal
Kendal won the toss and put Preston into bat.
They struggled throughout their innings with 5 players getting double figures, Mustaq Tailor top scoring with 20 as they were all out for 90 in 43 overs
Mike Dugdale 3-16 off 9, Oliver Dawson 3-17, Marcus Hill 2-14 off 12 and Ryan Nightingale 2-10 were the Kendal wicket takers
The Kendal reply never got off the ground only Ryan Nightingale 16 making double figures as they were bowled out for 38 in 20.3 overs.
Preston only used 3 bowlers Mustaq Tailor taking 5-9 off 4.3 overs, Amer Abbas Khan 4-8 off 10 and Haszer Mahmood 1-8
St Annes v Morecambe
Morecambe won the toss and put St Annes in to bat.
St Annes were bowled out in 44.1 overs for 151, 3 batsmen were in their twenties and 4 in their teens. Paul Wilks 24 top scored with youngsters Matthew Yeadon 22 and Josh Taylor 20
For Morecambe Lloyd Smith took 4-27 off 11 and Andy Bird 3-33
St Annes took two early wickets but a stand between opener Matthew Derham 53 and Phil Thornton 71 put Morecambe in sight of victory
Both were out and it was left to Joe Jackson 14no to see Morecambe home 154-5 in the 41st over
