Blackpool go clear at the top of Division One after ending Lancaster's undefeated start to the season, whilst Morecambe march on with another good win in a sunny afternoon of Northern Cricket League action:
DIVISION ONE:
Barrow v Netherfield
Barrow saw off Netherfield by 62 runs at Ernest Pass. The defeat making it Netherfield's fifth defeat in 6 League games.
The hosts batting first were all out for 147 in 42.3 overs, Dean Williams top scoring with 30 off 78 balls, Michael Wellings contributed with 23 off 34 balls, before Daryl Wearing hit a quick fire 27 off 27 balls.
South Africa Professional Dieter Klein returning the best figures of 4-33, whilst Brad Earl weighed in with figures of 3-33.
Joe Portman making his First Team League debut taking 2-15 and Ryan Wilson 1-15.
In reply Netherfield lost early wickets as they stumbled to 46-6, only Brad Earl's 30 off 40 balls showed any resistance and Barrow bowled the visitors out for 85 in 29.2 overs.
Sri Lankan Professional Tharanga Paranavitana had the best figures of 4-2, with Daryl Wearing 3-30. Stephen Boyd 2-34 and Paul Riley 1-8.
Chorley v Penrith
Chorley continue their good run of form by defeating Penrith by 33 runs at Windsor Park. Andrew Holdsworth's team batted first and closed on 168-4 off 50 overs. Ian Dickinson hitting 68 off 116 balls and Australian Professional Brenton McDonald with 66 off 146 balls were the main run makers

Penrith's reply saw them all out for 135 in 41.4 overs, Keiran Mccullagh returning figures of 3-27, with Will Moulton also impressing with figures of 3-20. Edwin Moulton and Brenton McDonald took 2 wickets each.
Ryan Carruthers was Penrith's top scorer with 36 off 74 balls.
Fleetwood v Preston
Fleetwood began life at their newly improved home ground with an emphatic 118 run victory over Preston.
The hosts were bowled out for 218 in 48.5 overs, Wayne Clarke top scored with 52 off 72 balls. David King opened the innings and made 46 off 75 balls, with Adan Sharrocks making 32 off 55 balls.
Preston to their credit did well to bowl Fleetwood out, Sajid Patel returning the best figures of 3-12.
In reply Preston were all out for 100 in 36.2 overs, Preston skipper Yasin Patel top scoring with 48 off 77.
The Fleetwood bowlers wickets shared about, with David King, Adam Parker, Alex Ryder, Mike Clinning and Adam Sharrocks all taking 2 wickets each.
Kendal v Morecambe
Morecambe stay in touch with league leaders Blackpool after a relatively comfortable 106 run victory over struggling Kendal at Shap Road.
The visitors won the toss and opted to bat, and despite getting off to a slow start when they lost Adam Derham and Suraj Randiv to be 26-2 Josh Dixon with a captains knock of 79 and Ryan Pearson 72 gave them a respectable total to defend of 204-6
Kendal's Sub Professional Azeem Guhmman had figures of 3-47 supported by Stu Parkin 2-67 and Darren Nightingale 1-21.
In reply Kendal struggled and were all out for 98 in 36.5 overs, Eddie Read taking 4-28, with Jamie Cassidy 3-14 and Suraj Randiv 3-24 doing the damage
Kendal's Oliver Field top scored with 30, whilst Saeed Bariwala battled with 25 and Shayne Hyland s 13.
The hosts losing the last 5 wickets for 4 runs in 15 deliveries.
Lancaster v Blackpool
Blackpool won the battle at the top as they saw off Lancaster by 41 runs at Lune Road.
Blackpool batting first were restricted to 136-8 off 50 overs, Stephen Twist with the most runs as he ended with 52 off 69 balls ably supported by Josh Boyne with 26 off 49balls.
Lancaster skipper Ben Simm was in good form as he returned figures of 5-47.
Lancaster struggled in their reply as they were skittled out for 95 in 33.4 overs, professional Rameez Raja batting well for a top score of 51 off 75 balls,
Richard Gleeson 4-22 and Steven Mercer 2-17 removed the top five Lancaster batsmen before Christi Viljeon mopped up the tail with a Hat-Trick and finished with 3-44
Leyland v Darwen
Darwen come away from Leyland with a winning draw ,Jordan Clarke's team were all out for 153 in 50 overs.
Sub Professional Ernest Kemm was the highest scorer with 38 off 115 balls and Jordan Clarke making 25 off 46 balls.
David Makinson and Nathan McDonnell taking 4 wickets each, Will Jacques and Karl Cross both taking 1 wicket apiece.
In reply Leyland held on as they struggled to 97-9, Richardt Frenz staying in for a top score of 44 off 83 balls. Thomas Murray staying in for 41 balls with Will Jacques staying in for 21 balls, as both ensured that Leyland came away with something from the game.

Blackpool eased past Lancaster by 23 runs at Stanley Park, The host team closing on 177-6 off 45 overs, Tom Jefferson was their highest scorer with 48, with contributions from Adrian Darlington 40. and Sam Owen m 28
Lancaster were all out for 154 in 42.5 overs with Alex Metcalfe 74 and Jamie Thomson returning figures of 5-32 bowling Blackpool to victory
Darwen v Leyland
League Champions Leyland win at Darwen by 7 wickets. Darwen were all out for 128 in 44 overs, Michael Douglas the main stay of the innings with 81.
Ian Farrington with figures of 4-22 was Leyland's best bowler
Leyland knocked the runs off in 44.3 overs closing on 131-3, Dale Vardy top scoring with 59.
Morecambe v Kendal
Morecambe edge out Kendal by 5 runs at Woodhill Lane. Morecambe made 175-6 off 45 overs with Matthew Derham top scoring with 70. Alec Carradus had figures of 3-16 for Kendal
Kendal were just 5 runs short as they were bowled out in 44.1 overs for 170, Sam Dyson the top scorer with 52.
Luke Bray, Sean Graves and Jack Lupton taking a brace of wickets each, with Lloyd Smith, Gulam Maje and Charlie Wilkinson taking 1.
Netherfield v Barrow
Netherfield go top of Division Two and remain undefeated following a 7 wicket win over Barrow.
Barrow batted first and were all out for just 68 in 39.4 overs, Scott Clement taking 3-6. Joel Bibby,and Dylan Hoyel taking a brace with. Matthew Clinton and Stuart Nixon taking 1 each.
In reply, Netherfield lost 3 quick wickets, falling to 13-3, before recovering through Nathan Dixon who top scored with an unbeaten 42 with Matthew Goodall unbeaten on 12 saw Netherfield home in 27.4 overs, closing on 70-3.
Penrith v Chorley
Penrith make light work of Chorley by nine wickets at Tynefield Park. Chorley were all out for 58 in 32.5 overs Jamie O Brien returning figures of 6-15.
Penrith romped home in just 20 overs, closing on 61-1,with Eddie Robson unbeaten on 42.
Preston v Fleetwood
Fleetwood won at Preston by 79 runs, Fleetwood made on 189-9 in their 45 overs thanks to Mark Wilkinson with 47 and James Gregson 41.
Hamza Ahmed and Shajjar Shah took 3 wickets each, for the hosts.
Preston were bowled out for 110 off 37 overs, Sohail Sayed scored 30 for a struggling Preston with Jack Wilkinson with figures of 4-34, and James Amor 3-11 the Fleetwood wicket takers
