DIVISION ONE:
Blackpool v Netherfield:
Blackpool are now 26 points clear at the top of Division One following another emphatic victory, after defeating Netherfield by 8 wickets at Stanley Park
The Namibian Professional Christi Viljoen yet again showing his class as he returned figures of 5-29 as Netherfield were skittled out for 60 in 33.5 overs.
Viljoen's 5 wicket haul taking him to 98 wickets in league and cup competition,
Richard Gleeson also bowled well returning figures of 3-23, whilst stand in skipper for the afternoon Steven Mercer weighed in with figures of 2-2.
The hosts knocking the runs off in just 15.2 overs, Alex Smith's unbeaten 30 off 41 balls and Matthew Houston with 26 off 49.
For Netherfield John Huck weighed in with a wicket as did Sri Lankan Professional Saliya Saman on an otherwise poor afternoon for the visiting team.
Darwen v Fleetwood:
Darwen's good season continues after a very useful 5 wicket win over Fleetwood at Birch Hall. South African Professional George Linde continues to have a good season as he weighed in with figures of 4-18, whilst Kamran Anwar's 3-65 saw Fleetwood all out for 128 in 48 overs. Adam Parker the main run scorer with 68no runs.
In reply Darwen saw the game home in 23.2 overs, George Linde top scoring with 64, with Scott Jackson unbeaten on 32 with Darwen closing on 129-5.
Kendal v Barrow:
Rain denied Barrow a full 15 points as Daryl Wearing's team had to settle for a winning draw at Kendal.
Barrow put in by the hosts closed on a dominating 272-6, Indian Professional Kaustubh Pawar hitting 121 off 130 balls.
Sam Dutton also impressing with 80 off 73 balls. Michael Wellings hitting a quick fire 32 off 34 balls. Marcus Hill the main wicket taker as he returned figures of 3-69.
The hosts despite a relatively bright start struggled in their reply, with Darren Braithwaite top scoring with 67 off 71 balls. However Kendal were soon in trouble as they were whittled down to 162-9.
Greg Reynolds and Ryan Gilmour with 3 wickets each for the visitors. However as Barrow were pressing for victory, the rain came in the 43rd over with Kendal on 173-9 and Barrow were left frustrated.
Leyland v Chorley
Leyland continue to hang in there at the top after defeating Chorley by 8 wickets. Andrew Holdsworth's team were all out for 154 in 48.5 overs. Tayyab Afsar returning figures of 4-21, whilst David Makinson returned figures of 3-44.
The hosts knocking the runs off in 32.2 overs. Karl Cross top scoring with 67 off 89 balls, Henry Thompson unbeaten on 50 off 45 balls seeing Leyland home on 159-2
Penrith v St Annes:
St Annes won by 7 wickets in a very short game at Penrith. The home team batting first were left stunned as they were bowled out for just 39 in 25.4 overs. Lukman Vahaluwala returning figures of 5-28,with Matthew Grindley taking 4-4.
The visitors racing home in just 10.4 overs closing on 42.3.
Preston v Lancaster
Lancaster got a winning draw at Preston in a close encounter. The visitors were all out for 214 in 48.4 overs. Michael Barry top scoring with 94 and Iain Burstow with 46. Saeed Bariwala returning figures of 4-70.
In reply Preston batted out 51 overs closing on 207-9, Jibran Kahn posting his 3rd century in 5 games and was out for 108. Lancaster skipper Ben Simm returning figures of 5-70.

Unchanged at the top as Leyland continue to race ahead
Barrow v Kendal:
Barrow defeat Kendal by 9 wickets at Ernest Pass. Kendal closing on 140-9. Paul Dodds with a top scoring 71. Paul Riley returning figures of 3-19 with Rugved Insulkar also weighing in with figures of 3-25.
The visitors knocking the runs off in 33.2 overs, Rugved Insulkar scoring an unbeaten 100 with the hosts closing on 144-1.
Chorley v Leyland:
Leyland remain top of Division Two after a relatively comfortable 7 wicket win at Chorley. The hosts were all out for 116 in 43.1 overs. Steven Pallett the pick of the bowlers with figures of 3-21.
Ian Farrington's team cruised home in 31.5 overs, as they closed on 118-3. Sam Oldham with an unbeaten 61
Lancaster v Preston:
Bottom side Preston pulled off a surprise 22 run victory at Lancaster. Preston were all out for a lowly 87 and looked set for another defeat as Nathan Baxter returned figures of 3-19 for the hosts.
However Syed Ajmal Abbas Shah returned figures of 4-10 and Murtaza Hussain with figures of 3-20. as Lancaster were bowled out for just 65 in 21.5 overs
Netherfield v Blackpool:
Netherfield defeat Blackpool by 6 wickets. Blackpool were restricted to 152-7. Liam Dugdale with figures of 3-51 Ash Moreau top scoring with an unbeaten 51 off 113 balls.
In reply Netherfield started well with both Craig Walmsley (46) and Liam Dugdale (43), laying the platform, before the unbeaten partnership of 35 by Nathan Dixon and 21 by Brendan Herron saw the hosts home in 39.1 pvers.

St Annes v Penrith:
St Annes Geeth Malinda Kamburugamuwe hit a top scoring 115 off just 71 balls, defeating Penrith by 6 wickets at Vernon Road.
The visitors had posted a high scoring 243-5, with Will Tyson top scoring with 72 off just 38 balls. Keiran Trevaskis with 66 off 75 balls. David Bartholomew returning figures of 3-79.
St Annes knocking the runs off in 30 overs as they closed on 246-4, Geeth Malindas 115 well supported by Paul Wilks's 47.

Fleetwood v Darwen
Fleetwood playing at Vernon Road St Annes batted first and made 196 - 9 thanks to runs from Nick Wall45, Tom Wilson 40 and 37no from Anthony Ellison. Kevin Brown with 5-48 and Christian Davies 2-22 were Darwens best bowlers
In reply Darwen knocked off the runs in 41.4 overs thanks to Zac Whalley 102 with support from Kevin Brown 20 and then Sam Painter 28no and Mark Bennett 20no to see them home
