The 2nd Division game between Leyland and Lancaster was the only match to survive on what was a wet and miserable afternoon for the Northern League.
Leyland looking to make ground on Second Division leaders Netherfield, declared in the 25th over on 147-4. Jonathan Mote top scoring on 69, Tom Reece also contributed with 33, whilst Lancaster's Nathan Baxter returned the best figures with 3-23.
In reply Lancaster closed on 87-5 off 29 overs, Jordan Sparks with 28 and Michael Armstrong with 24. Will Jacques (2-11), Andrew Jacques (1-22), James Rounding (1-28) and Alex Williams (1-17), taking the wickets for Ian Farrington's team.
