Charles Boucher and Mark Woodhead looked to have steered their side home until the former was caught by Lewis Bradley off Bradley Hoyle for 77 (including nine fours and four sixes).
The 15-year-old Hoyle confirmed his promise by taking one for 6 off his four overs.
Pedder then claimed the wicket of Ryan Smith and Morecambe, despite losing only two wickets, fell two runs short on 128 for 2. Woodhead carried his bat for an unbeaten 40.
